中国国家食品薬品監督管理総局は、今年3月1日から「革新的医療機器特別承認手続き（試行）」を実施すると発表した。
例えば、申請者は製品の発明特許または発明特許出願のコア技術が国務院特許行政部門に公開されていること、製品が技術面で国際的なトップレベルにあること、臨床応用の価値が大きいことなどである。Both domestic and foreign applicants can submit the corresponding technical information and supporting documents in accordance with the requirements of the procedure, and apply for special approval of innovative medical devices; if they are considered to meet the corresponding conditions after examination by the technical department, they can be reviewed and approved in accordance with the procedure.
