Dongguan Chenxing Intelligent Precision Equipment Co., Ltd. was established in 2008 and is located in Chang’an Town, Dongguan, the hometown of molds in China. It is a manufacturer specializing in large frames, automation equipment processing, precision hardware parts and large and complex automotive carbon fiber molds, fixtures, and inspection tools.
    Main external processing: dispenser automation, related molds, fixtures, inspection tools for carbon fiber interior and exterior trim parts of well-known automobile brands, as well as the processing of large automobile thermoforming molds, automobile dashboards, and vibration friction machine molds.
    The company covers a total area of 9,000 square meters and currently has more than 100 professional manufacturing personnel. The production equipment includes: 35 sets of new imported equipment such as DMG Mori nine-axis 5-linkage turning-milling compound, Toshiba 4-meter precision boring machine, Mori seiki vertical five-axis linkage, and 4-meter x 2.5-meter gantry pentahedral machining center in Yawei. The testing equipment includes: two 3-meter and 1.6-meter three-dimensional sets of Zeiss from Germany, one three-dimensional (online detection) of Faro from France, and complete testing equipment such as altimeter. We have a complete process system and quality system to ensure the smooth production and precision of parts.
