1. The high-energy-consuming and backward mechanical and electrical equipment (products) listed in this catalogue do not meet the relevant laws, regulations and standards and need to be eliminated.
2. All production and use units should pay close attention to the implementation of the elimination of equipment (products) listed in this catalog, the production unit should immediately stop production, and the user unit should stop using and replace high-efficiency and energy-saving equipment (products) within the specified period. Energy conservation supervision agencies at all levels should strengthen the supervision and inspection of the elimination of equipment (products) listed in this directory.
